Sept. 19, 2023
Dirk Patrick Henningsen was arrested for the offenses of stalking, criminal mischief and criminal trespassing.
According to the affidavit, Henningsen was reported for “intentionally” breaking a sprinkler on his neighbor’s property, throwing eggs at their house, pouring molasses on their driveway and “possibly” urinating on their back porch.
Sept. 19
Mark Allen Egbert was arrested for the offenses of aggravated assault, failure to remain at an accident involving an injury and driving on a denied license.
According to the affidavit, Egbert was reported to have struck the victim with his vehicle and fled the scene.
Egbert was observed “driving recklessly” on the roadway and the victim ran after the vehicle to confront Egbert.
“The victim’s spouse stated they saw Mark intentionally maneuver his vehicle towards the victim to strike him,” the affidavit stated.
Sept. 23
Viliami Sio Pauni was arrested for the offenses of aggravated robbery, aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, retail theft, burglary of a dwelling, property damage and destruction, unlawful possession of identification and documents, theft of a firearm or operable motor vehicle and unlawful possession of a financial card.
According to the affidavit, Pauni assaulted a victim and stole their vehicle and wallet. Pauni drove to a gas station and stole a pack of alcoholic beverages. Pauni then went to the home of his relatives, damaged their property and broke in.
