Brigham City use to allow those outside of the city limits to speak for years at the public comment period. Then there was a discussion of getting rid of the public comment period in 2013; the same with the county commissioners, but both decided against it.

Then Mayor Vincent and the city council decided to let residence speak first and those outside of the city limits to speak second. There was no problem with this arrangement. It would be great if more Brigham citizens became involved in attending these meetings and claiming their rights. We need more watchman on the tower to stand against all the socialism and fascism (public/private partnerships) that have entered our Republic form of government that our representatives do not want to get rid of.
