Victor Angel Sambrano was arrested for the offenses of three counts of enticing a minor, dealing in materials harmful to a minor, attempted aggravated sexual abuse of a child, two counts of attempted sodomy on a child and attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to the affidavit, Sambrano was engaging in online chats with a 12-year-old female child — which was an account run by an undercover police officer to locate people in the community who exploit minors via the internet.

Sambrano made arrangements to meet with the child and was taken into custody on location.

Christian Decker was arrested for the offenses of aggravated assault, carrying a dangerous weapon under the influence, threatening violence, intoxication and three counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child.

According to the affidavit, Decker was reported for being armed with a handgun and threatening to harm the victim.

Lorenzo Pimentel-Carlos was arrested for the offenses of domestic violence in the presence of a child, stalking a former cohabitant, criminal mischief, violent offense committed in the presence of a child, assault with substantial bodily injury, two counts of harassment, two counts of assault and two counts of burglary of a dwelling.

According to the affidavit, Pimentel-Carlos was reported for unlawfully entering a residence and assaulting the residents.
