MEDICAL PROGRAM OF ACTIVE REST ( FIT PROGRAM )
The
program is intended for and adjusted to younger and middle-aged guests.
In order to be able to face all the tensions in life and at work, we have
to do something about the improvement of our physical condition. Because
of too much sitting and standing and irregular physical activities, our
body loses its condition. Just to avoid these problems, we made a program
for you which includes:
1. half-board and full-board in single rooms and double-bedded rooms (
7x, 10x, 14x )
2. initial and final examination by a medical specialist
3. fitness ( 90 minutes under supervision )
4. medical gymnastics based on the individual training plan
Additional facilities with additional payment:
- sporting massage, underwater massage, jogging, trekking, swimming, sightseeing
tours and excursions around the area of Stubicke Toplice.
